We expect to sell out on booths  at least a month before the event. Many sponsors were turned down since they reached out too late. The sooner you book the more publicity you get on social media and the better chance you have that we can accommodate your booth placement preference and include your logo on printed material. 

Yes. We will print QR codes on the attendee badges. 

We recommend you use one of these apps to scan them to get their name and email.

We will send out sample badges before the event so you can test the apps.




We will have the exact schedule closer to the event

All sponsors will have a table assigned. If they have a concern with where they are, they can let one of the staff know and will try to accommodate them.

We are expecting at least 900-1k  attendees. Mostly Amazon sellers. Past events sold out.

Professional and modest attire appropriate for a professional business conference

Yes – but it is much easier for everyone if you Uber or use public transportation. We have limited parking with valet. 

We will provide an Uber events code closer to the event. You can use the code to take an Uber from a further parking spot.

We will have a nice welcome package for all attendees. We will give out a tabletop poster. You can bring additional signs

You are welcome to give out any promotional items to give out, except food. Food will be supplied by the hall caterer.

All shipments must be received a week before the event to ensure they will be delivered on time.

All materials should be shipped to ASGTG/Effyzaz 1446 E 27th Street Brooklyn NY 11210. If you ship anything please email events@asgtg.com. All packages should be shipped with a signature required.

You can ship all packages directly to the venue a few days before the event at Kol Yakov Hall 1703 McDonald Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11230. Large freight should be shipped this way. Please make sure it is clearly Marked “ASGTG”

If you want it shipped back after the event, please provide a prepaid shipping label before the event.

We take no responsibility for anything lost in shipment.

No – There will be a lavish lunch and Dinner. Please, no outside food.

We highly recommend that if you depend on it heavily that you bring your own as a backup.

Yes- we have additional sponsorships available, ie sponsoring the tote bags given out by registration, name badges, lunch, dinner etc

Attendees will have access to a full day of content in the main room, including seminars, keynote speakers and discussions by leaders in the E-commerce field. A second room will provide an all-day lavish gourmet catered buffet lunch and dinner, sponsorship booths, as well as more valuable networking opportunities.

We will send them out closer to the event  In the meantime you can prepare your list of 2 attendees that are coming. Each attendee  should have a separate email. This way we can send them last-minute details. If you need more tickets we will give a discount code.
