Doors will open at 10:00 am to the public. Vendors can come at 9:00 to begin setting up.

All sponsors will have a table assigned. If they have a concern with where they are, they can let one of the staff know and will try to accommodate them.

We are expecting over 700 attendees, mostly Amazon sellers. ASGTG meetup 2018 was sold out.

Professional and modest attire appropriate for a professional business conference

Yes – but it is much easier for everyone if you Uber or use public transportation. We have limited parking with valet. 

We will provide an Uber events code closer to the event. You can use the code to take an Uber from a further parking spot

We will have a nice welcome package for all attendees. We will give out a tabletop poster. You can bring additional signs

You are welcome to give out any promotional items to give out, except food. Food will be supplied by the hall caterer.

No – There will be a lavish lunch and Dinner. Please, no outside food.

We highly recommend ha if you depend on it heavily ha you bring your own as a backup.

Yes. We can store your banner and other promotional materials until the event. We can bring them to the hall on the day of the event. All materials should be shipped to ASGTG/Effyzaz 1446 E 27th Street Brooklyn NY 11210. If you ship anything please email events@asgtg.com. All packages should be shipped with signature required.

If you want it shipped back after the event, please provide a  prepaid shipping label before the event. 

We take no responsibility for anything lost in shipment.

Attendees will have access to a full day of content in the main room, including seminars, keynote speakers and discussions by leaders in the E-commerce field. We will send them out after we are back from Passover.-after Aprial 24th.  In the meantime you can prepare your list of 3 attendees that are coming. Each should have a separate email. This way we can send them last minute details.
